The Right Real Estate Agent

 

People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home- buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you will want to find an agent, who is able to make a commitment to your needs, they should also be able to show you a marketing plan in writing. The reason why I put my marketing plan in writing is it makes it easier for the client to understand what to expect from me.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, etc. With 4 years of experience in the Grandville, Wyoming, Byron Center, Caledonia, Hudsonville, Jamestown, Jenison, Kentwood, Grand Rapids, Comstock Park, Sparta, and over 200 hours of class room education (Graduate Real-Estate Institute)= GRI; Star Makers; Green Built of Michigan; and Home & Building Association of Greater Grand Rapids = HBAGGR. I have been a member of the HBAGGR for 3 years now, and served on the education committee for 2 years. I have the expertise and track record of success you need.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
